City Mission’s PATH Program; a series of specialized services for clients diagnosed with serious mental illness and/or those with dual diagnosis of mental illness and substance abuse. These services include case management, limited rental assistance, and transportation. Services are made available by a PATH (Programs that Assist with the Transition from Homelessness) operates at our Gallatin School Living Centre Facility.
